Desert Ice Figure Skating Club Test Application

You may use this online form to initiate a test application. As we do not yet have provisions for online payment, it will be necessary to have a bill sent to you (from the test coordinator), who will confirm your application and bill you the correct final amount.

Please note the following other considerations for testing:

  • 10% Discount for Gold Members
  • An additional 30-minute warm-up is available for $10.00 (free to Gold Members)
  • There are additional fees if you are dropping in for testing from a non-local rink (Add $25 if Non DIFSC, AFSC or SFSC)
  • There is a late Application Fee of $35
  • There are two required fees, a $5.00 Administrative Fee,
    plus a $10.00 Hospitality Fee to defray costs for refreshments for the judges.

Please ensure you have worked with a coach and discussed the appropriateness of testing. It will be necessary to receive a confirmation from the coach prior to confirmation of this application.
